Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made 5-2 days before the date the event is scheduled will be liable for 50% of the full price stated in the confirmation e-mail.
All cancellations made 1-0 days before the date the event is scheduled will be liable for the full price stated in the confirmation e-mail.
Parties that are booked prevent others from having the opportunity to reserve that date. Emergency cancellations can be moved to a future date if we have availability with no penalty.


Rain Cancellation Policy:
In the event of rain, a customer can cancel without any charge the day of the event prior to the delivery of the unit. However, if the truck arrives there will be NO REFUND as we still have to pay employees and cover the expenses sent to service the party.

Emergency Situations:
Emergencies: If one of our employees is in a life-threatening emergency, our policy is to send in a replacement ASAP. If the vehicle suffers an emergency, including but not limited to flat tires, vehicular accidents, etc, and If we are unable to send another vehicle, we will offer a refund. These circumstances are very rare.
